Reviews and Ratings
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I found the room was not ready even though it was past the 2 pm check-in time, and the staff seemed unhelpful. Despite the 24/7 service, there was no food available, and the receptionist appeared indifferent. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the bathroom was perfect in size. However, the room itself was quite small, to the extent that I accidentally hit my foot on the desk and ended up fracturing my toe. The room wasn't ready at 11 am as promised, but this wasn't a significant issue for me.
My stay at the hotel was perfect for a birthday celebration. The room had an extra toilet, which was convenient for my family of four. The modern room included a really comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a clean bathroom. The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants around!
The hotel offers elegant and very clean rooms with a beautiful balcony and a little patio with French doors, although on the smaller side, they are adequate. The room amenities include bathrobes, slippers, and even free cold drinks, but my room had a slightly blocked sink. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable and friendly staff, although they seemed to neglect tidiness at the buffet at times. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the Shard and the Tate Modern Gallery, conveniently situated between two tube stations with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was pleasant, with a good variety of food, although it could use some more options. Overall, a prime location with friendly staff and a cozy room, but room for slight improvements in some services.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were reasonably priced for the great location, although mine was a bit small but clean and well maintained. However, there was a slight inconvenience with a blocked sink not being fixed. The service was attentive and even left a personal note and treats in my room, but they seemed overwhelmed by a difficult customer when I arrived. The location was perfect with easy access to various attractions and public transport. The dining was satisfactory with good options, but the organization could have been better. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and modern, perfect for a bigger family. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and attractions. The dining options were decent but could use more variety.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities, friendly and helpful service, and a convenient location perfect for exploring key attractions in London. The dining experience is varied, catering to all needs, and the facilities are well-maintained for an enjoyable stay.
